• Site Access: For the safety of our technicians and your pets, please ensure pets are secured away and gates are unlocked on service days

• Water Levels: Maintaining proper water levels is essential to equipment health; homeowners are responsible between visits

• Equipment: While we monitor equipment, Desert Pool Patrol is not liable for the failure of aged, pre-existing, and other similar criteria components. Refer to your specific contract for additional language on care and liability as it relates to your specific setup - your pool is special!
